So finally, i watched UP after lets say about.... 6 months since its premiere in Kuala Lumpur? Yeah that's after so many failed attempts of going to the movies because of my own hectic schedule. Life of the one always on the run uh? Moving on, I must say that this is another masterful work of art from Pixar. Up is an exciting, hilarious, and heartfelt adventure impeccably crafted and told with wit and depth. Its a movie that makes your jaws drop and go, "awwww". Frankly, I thought this would be like any other Pixar movie that would drive you so deep into the plots in the spur of the moment but somehow i found this production a bit more unique as compared to the previous ones. I figured this movie was about that little fat kid with a huge dream but it wasn't just all about the fat kid. Effects of a shallow minded individual towards movies. The way the organizers brought up the character of the 78-year-old balloon salesman Carl Fredricksen was truly impressive. Emotions from the introduction of this classic production was brought forward through each and every scene to remind us about Carl's personality and everything that was to come was totally unexpected. Now here's something i helpful. Don't read any reviews or its description before watching a movie. You will be surprised and you will really enjoy the movie. I've heard too many complains of people saying, "Ah! The movie wasn't that good. Nahh! It could have been better." Like DUH! You've read its description. What do ya expect right? So there, another logical lesson learned.
Another great movie by a great producer and my word, i absoluely can't wait to catch Toy Story 3! Simple Plan - I Can Wait Forever
